Services
Below lists types of massage I specialize in.
Relaxation Massage
Relaxation massage offers a wide range of benefits for both your body and mind. It can reduce stress and anxiety, improve circulation, relieve muscle tension, and promote better sleep. Treat yourself to a relaxing massage and experience the many benefits it has to offer.
Lymph Drainage Massage
Lymphatic drainage massage, also known as manual lymphatic drainage, relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system. Lymphatic drainage massage involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels. - Cleveland Clinic

At this time, Lymph Drainage Massage will not be performed post-surgery. If you have recently undergone surgery, please ask your doctor or physical therapist to recommend a LMBT who has been trained specifically in post-surgical lymph drainage massage. Thank you!
NMT
Neuromuscular Therapy
NMT involves techniques that focus on trigger point release. This targets problem areas that are stressed from overuse or "angry muscles" that may have knots or increased tension that will not release.
NMT has protocols for sciatic pain, TMJ, migraines, and other types of recurring pain. Please feel free to email me have questions!
Pre Natal Massage
Massage for expecting mothers
Gentle and soothing massage tailored to the needs of expectant mothers to alleviate discomfort and promote overall wellness.

Please note that massage is recommended once you are in your second trimester and onward. Please consult with your OBGYN if you are interested in receiving ANY type of massage in your first trimester.
Scraping and Taping
Scraping is not as intense as the name may imply. Similar to gua sha, this involves using a tool to gently create friction on the muscle(s) and concentrates on breaking down scar tissue and adhesions, fostering improved muscle function.

Taping can be used to aid muscle repair by stabilizing the joint/muscle group. It can also help restrict movement in order to prevent further injury if the muscle has been overworked or in consistent pain.
